“What a fabulous journal. A personal journey for my granddaughter to record her dreams and adventures. We love it.”
One of the most important tools a parent has at their disposal, journaling is great for practising writing skills (especially in tweens). Though they can be used to record daily activities, thoughts and feelings, journaling really comes into its own when used to track and explore targeted topics like gratitude, exercise, emotions, sleep, dreams, ideas and ambitions. Our journal is customised for every child – making it something they'll come back to again and again.
Poppy O'Neill's writing helps both grown-ups and children understand their emotions and learn skills to help cope with some of life's bigger feelings. A best-selling author, recognised with awards for her expertise in mental health and emotions, Poppy's books offer practical tools to guide children through the complexities of tweenhood.
Journaling can be a powerful tool for personal growth and well-being, as well as creativity and self-expression. Having the space to jot down our emotions better equips us in processing and understanding them. A journal also acts as a time capsule of your child's experiences – something they can look back on as they grow and change over the years.
