We will send your order using a different carrier if available in your region. If your region is listed above, we recommend choosing our Speedy delivery option (DHL) at the checkout for delivery by Christmas.
Is Speedy delivery still available to me during the strikes?
Yes! We strongly recommend choosing our Speedy delivery service for Christmas gifts. This fully tracked DHL service is not impacted by strikes. Please note: we can’t ship to PO boxes using this service.
Canada Post usually delivers my parcels. I have already placed an order and I’m concerned it will not arrive. What do I do?
Check if your region is impacted by the strikes in the table above. If your region is listed and your order wasn’t delivered before the strike began, please contact Customer Support.
